RIM Architects were tasked with coordinating all design consultants for the Mauna Lani Bay project. When we engaged Rishi and worked with him and his team, we quickly realized how valuable his knowledge and experience was in delivering low voltage design and consulting services for the team. He was always willing to join calls, give direction and feedback and fly to the island for meetings with little notice. He went above and beyond our expectations of delivering drawings, specifications and following our schedules and timelines with little hesitation to meet deliverable deadlines. We have already approached Elevate Technology Consulting LTD. on other projects and hope to work with them again soon.

We engaged Rishi and Elevate Technology Consulting LTD to perform a Technology audit of our property in Hawaii. Given his prior experience and knowledge of luxury hospitality, we trusted that Rishi would give a thorough review and help us with the technology systems we needed. In the end, Rishi and his team had to design new systems for us, and it was the right decision. He and his team were able to guide us through what we needed and make suggestions and recommendations. Rishi was always available for calls and last-minute site visits. During our opening, Rishi spent consecutive days onsite helping us prepare for our guests; he was an invaluable asset in getting our project over the finish line! As we look to expand and consider other opportunities, we look forward to working with Rishi and Elevate again.

I had the privilege of working with Rishi for over 5 years. We worked almost daily on challenging new hotel developments and large renovations around the world while he also managed multiple projects with other directors. Rishi is a great team player, understands construction and its’ complexities. He works well with a multi-discipline team, especially in demanding international environments. Rishi is outstanding when it comes to vendor relations, negotiations and depth of product knowledge. Our work with Rishi, on the Four Seasons DIFC, was a great experience for our team as design timelines were tight with an even shorter delivery and installation schedule. Quickly understanding the requirements and needs, Rishi was able to gather and deliver the information we needed in order to meet project deadlines. Our project lead would receive timely responses no matter what time of day. He communicated well with our team and provided direction and guidance when required. Punctual to meetings and never hesitating to work well into the evenings, it was a pleasure to work with Rishi and we look forward to working together with him again.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation and satisfaction of work that Rishi performed for the successful opening of the Four Seasons property in the Kingdom of Bahrain with regards to all IT Systems and Communications. He was already very much involved with the project when I first met him in Toronto in January 2014. From the moment I met him until well after the opening on March 1, 2015, Rishi was able to work well with owners, developers and operators in a very professional manner, all with the responsibility of ensuring top systems were procured, received, installed and operating before he passed them on to our own internal IT Director.
